The three join Gina Blagden who was made head of residential mortgages and William Lloyd who was promoted to operations director earlier this year. Kit Thompson is director of short-term lending

The distributor said it is refocusing the business to meet new opportunities in specialist property finance. Brightstar created a buy-to-let department earlier this year.
